Hey, I'm Nikki!

I’ve got nearly 20 years of experience working with companies of all sizes to help them identify their ideal customers and then go out and get them! I’ve worked as a top sales and marketing executive and management consultant for most of my career both in Corporate America, for start-ups, and in the small to mid-market space. And I’ve sold and helped teams to sell multi-million dollar deals to some of the world’s largest companies by focusing on targeting customers that truly align with their value, culture, and growth strategy.  


Now, I teach businesses of all sizes how to do the same by helping them to develop their brand strategy and to feel confident selling.  


And when I’m not coaching and creating irresistible tools to grow your business, I can be found binge watching So You Think You Can Dance or The Real Housewives of (take your pick), having a spontaneous family dance party, or planning my next dinner or theme party a la Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg.
